Because Aera Labs supplies sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or temperature-compromised products. Your safety and research integrity depend on chain-of-custody we cannot verify once a product leaves our facility.
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item or lot, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion.
Opened vials, reconstituted materials, and supplies are non-returnable. Unopened products may be eligible for return only with prior written authorization.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of authorization.
