Are these products for human use?

No. All Aera Labs products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, supplements, or food, and are not for human or animal consumption.

What purity standard do you supply?

Materials are supplied as lyophilized powder at 99%+ purity, confirmed by HPLC and mass spectrometry, with third-party verification on each lot.

How do I obtain a Certificate of Analysis?

CoAs are available to verified researchers by request. Visit our Certificates of Analysis page and submit a request tied to your researcher account; we provide the lot-specific document.

Do I need an account to order?

Yes. You can browse the catalog and view pricing as a guest, but placing an order requires a researcher account with a completed attestation.

How are products stored and shipped?

Products are stored lyophilized at -20°C, protected from light, and shipped from a US laboratory with appropriate handling. Reconstitution with bacteriostatic water is for laboratory research handling only.

What is your return policy?

Is there a fee for the online visit or provider consultation?

No. AERA Labs does not provide medical consultations, telehealth services, or healthcare advice. We are a supplier of research-grade compounds intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research use.

Do I have to commit to a long-term plan?

Do you accept insurance or file claims on my behalf?
